Pudding Cake

Pudding Cake

1 Cup flour 1/3 Cup Sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder
½ Cup raisins ½ Cup milk 1 Cup packed brown sugar
2 Cups boiling water 1 Tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Stir flour, white sugar, baking powder together. Add raisins, milk. Spoon batter into dish. Combine brown sugar, boiling water, butter and vanilla. Pour over batter. Do not stir. Bake for 30 minutes.
